Constipation is a chronic and common problem in many people all over the world. Every day increase the graph of this kind of disease because of daily routines, type of food those not easily digested even hard to consumption by bowels and eating pattern.

  • The main cause is weak and poor digestive system that effect because of eating pattern, daily routines.
  • Not take enough fluid, fiber food like fruits and vegetables.
  • Psychiatric problems, anxiety, depression and stress are also main cause of constipation.
  • Food like oily, spicy, fried and junk food is heavy and difficult to digest.
  • If we take food in disturbed atmosphere like watching television, listening music is also main cause of constipation.
  • Overweight or underweight.

According to ayurveda, constipation is usually Vaata type of disorder. Assimilation and elimination are the two basic needs for natural health. Undigested food and stool accumulate in the stomach and large intestine impair of vaata dosha, resulting in obstruction of the digestive tract.
  • Drink 7-9 glass of water in a day.
  • Eat fiber fruit like banana and apple each day is helpful.
  • Eat whole grains and nuts.
  • Take daily morning and evening walk for at least 30 minutes.
  • Meat is constipating and should be avoided.
  • Meal should be taken in clean relaxed and clam atmosphere.
  • Always take freshly prepared and warm food is helped in easy to digest.
  • Avoid white flour, bread, pizza, white rice
  • Avoid ice cream or cold drinks because of reduce the bowel movement.
  • Take one lemon and extract juice and 2-3 tablespoon of honey. Mix properly in one glass of water and drink it. This remedy will help in acidity of stomach.
  • One tablespoon fennel (सौंफ) and 2-3 tablespoon gulkand (गुलकंद). Take this mixture after lunch will help in constipation problems.
  • Take 3-5 glass of water in the morning. They should also take in evening.
  • Apply 3-4 drops of lukewarm castor oil (गुनगुने अरंडी का तेल) over the navel at night. It will help in clearing the bowel movement.

When, the thyroid gland does not make and release enough thyroid hormone T3 and T4 then body need. Thyroid hormone is control on the body’s metabolic energy and process.
High Cholesterol
Having an excessively high level of lipids in your blood (hyperlipidemia) can have an effect on your health.
